christina rhodes is a female bodybuilder.in 1989 she started to lift weights on and off trying to stay fit (still no bites). Then after marrying her first husband in 1996, she found herself 4 years and 3 kids later and about 55lb pounds heavier.she signed up at the gym the very next day. she did Weight Watchers and lost 20lbs in the first 2 months, but was not gaining any muscle. she started doing The Body for Life Challenge by Bill Phillips and within 3 weeks she was getting toned and losing more weight.
April of 2004 she decided to compete in July in Modesto, and San Jose, CA shows. When she got off that stage she knew this was something she could not turn her back on. Three months later she competed in the Sacramento in Nov, 2004 which she took the heavy wt. and overall win. Since she have bodybuilding in her life some amazing things have happened to her.
