she was introduced to armwrestling in 2000 by her now husband, Michael. she watched him compete at several tournaments. The competitive spirit in her gave her the "itch" to try it out. her first armwrestling event was in 2000 at Unified Nationals in Colorado. she also saw that this was something that Michael and she could share together.
