Presently ranked first the nation (80+ kg master, left and right hand), American Armsport Association (AAA) and first in the world Master's division, and 3rd left and right by the World Armsports Federation (WAF).
2000 * Won the Master's division at the WAF World Championships, Virginia Beach. Served as Caption to Team USA and placed third in the 80+ right and left division. * Won the master, right and left handed divisions at the AAA National in Bakersfield, CA. Received the AAA Female Athlete of the Year award. Was a member of Team Nebraska, which placed fourth overall. *Recognized in Feb. issue of Working Women magazine and July issue of Sports Illustrated; Faces in the Crowd. * Announced the Arnold Classic Championships in Columbus, Ohio. * Closed the #2 gripper, becoming the first female to do so.
1999 * Was noted one of the top athletes of the century by New York Times newspaper. * Co-captained Team USA at the WAF World Championships in Vladikavkaz, Russia. Earned first place Ladies 80+ kg right hand and third left hand. Team USA placed second in overall standings. * Won the AAA National titles both right and left in Baton Rogue, Louisiana. * Hosted and assisted in twenty events during the season.
1998 * Traveled to Cairo, Egypt to compete in the WAF World Championships, placing second right hand and third left. * Hosted the largest AAA National Championships to date, in Omaha, Nebraska; 357 entries with 36 states represented. * Won the AAA right and left handed National titles. *Directed the first Arm Wrestling Championships at the Nebraska Cornhusker Winter Games. * Winner of the WAF International Main Event II Championships, Fort Hall, Idaho, undefeated. * Hosted seventeen arm wrestling event in the Heartland.
1997 * Elected USA Team Caption in travels to Guwahati, India to compete in the XVII WAF World Championships. Earned second place in the 80+ kg Ladies right-hand and placed third in the left-hand divisions. Won the 1997 AAA National Championships in the right hand division and placed second in the left-hand competition, in Arlington, Virginia. * Pioneered the sport to acceptance in the Nebraska cornhusker State Winter Games. * Shared a six page arm wrestling feature in the September German issue of Playboy. * Interviewed with ESPN in May. *Placed first in the Ladies Right Hand 80+ kg at the Main Event at Idaho, in March. This event drew representation from five countries. * Retained the Colorado State Title. * Was selected to host the 1998 AAA Nationals in Omaha, Nebraska. * Hosted twenty arm wrestling event in the Heartland.
1996 * Earned third place at the WAF World Championships in Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA. * Placed second in the AAA National Championships both left and right handed, hosted in Albany, NY. * Lead Team Nebraska to second place overall performance at the National tournament. Won the Yukon Jack Denver qualifier and placed fifth in the International Championships held in Orlando, Florida. Retained the Colorado State right and left-hand state titles, Denver, Colorado. * Promoted and demonstrated the sport for bankers and attorneys, Tucson, Arizona. * Hosted, consulted, or refereed 24 AAA events in the USA.
1995 * Traveled to San Paulo, Brazil, in October to compete in the WAF World Championships. Nominated as TEAM USA's Ladies Captain, placed third left and right handed. * Wrestled at New York City, in the Yukon Jack Arm Wrestling Championships in August where ten foreign countries competed. ESPN, ESPN 2, Good Morning America, Hard Copy and USA Today were present. * Won the Yukon Jack qualifying tournament in Chicago, Illinois in July. * Appointed to the AAA Board of Directors as Director of Administration in June. * Competed at the AAA National Tournament in Pocatello, Idaho. Placed first in both left and right arm 80+kg divisions. * Additionally, lead the Nebraska State Team in taking first place for overall performance at the Pocatello National event. * Won the Colorado State title in March. * Assisted neighboring State Directors in several State and Regional Championships. * Hosted twenty-one AAA sanctioned events in the Midwest.
1994 * Competed at the 1994 Goodwill Games, in St. Petersburg, Russia- winning the GOLD Medal. Also performed in the prestigious Closing Ceremonies of the Games. * Competed at the AAA National Tournament in Hartford, Connecticut. Placed first, defeated K. Hill. This victory qualified me to represent Team USA at Sodertalje, Taljehallen, Sweden. * In the month of April, inducted into the "Iowa State Arm Wrestling Hall of Fame". * Won the Iowa State Title. * Won the Colorado State Title in March. * In January, became President of Heartland Armwrestling Inc., a corporation formed to aid in the promotion of arm wrestling. * Hosted twenty-four AAA sanctioned events in the Midwest.
1993 * Represented the USA at the World's Event in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada in October. placed second to Heiltje Van Arendonk of the Netherlands. * Competed at the AAA National tournament in June, Kansas City, Missouri. Placed first. * Won the Missouri State Title, St. Louis, Missouri. * Won the Illinois State Title, Chicago. * Won the Iowa State Title, Hampton, Iowa. * Hosted thirty-three AAA sanctioned events in the Midwest area.
1992 * Awarded the "Female Armwrestler of the Year" and co-shared "Out-Standing State Director' with Louisiana, presented by the AAA Broad of Directors. * Competed at AAA National at Washington DC in August. Placed second. Qualified for World's event held in Switzerland. * Competed at Yukon Jack Championships in Tampa, Florida, in July. * Host to thirty-six AAA sanctioned events in the Midwest.
1991 * Placed first in the AAA Seated Nationals in Atlanta, Georgia. Qualified for World's Event held in Israel. * Competed at AAA National Standing event at Houston, Texas. Placed third, to K. Hill and C. Liebel (1990 World Champion), * Was assigned to the AAA Nebraska State Directorship in August.
1990 * Fostered seventeen arm wrestling events in the Midwest. * Competed at AAA National Stand-Up Championships in Atlanta, Georgia. Placed second to K. Hill, Maryland. * Competed at AAA Stated Nationals, Albany, New York. Placed second to C. Liebel, Texas.
1989 * Colleague in hosting twenty-two arm wrestling contests in the Midwest area. * Traveled to Cincinnati, OH for the AAA Nationals. Earned second to C. Liebel - seven times National Champion. * Qualified for World's event held in Greece. * Retained the Midwest World Professional Armwrestling Association (WPAA) title in Kansas City, Missouri- 89, 88, 87, 86, 85 undefeated.
1988 * Competed in Jefferson City, Missouri in a WPAA event defeating the World WPAA Title holder twice in finals. * Retained the Nebraska State titles 88, 87, 86, 85, and 84.
1987 * Acknowledged as "Most Dedicated Armwrestler of 1987" by Mid-American Arm Sports. This marked the first time a woman received the state's highest honor. * Traveled to Jacksonville, Florida for the AAA Nationals. Claimed fourth.
1986 * Finished fifth in the "OVER THE TOP", World Championship finals at Las Vegas. Sylvester Stallone starring in a Cannon Films movie. This event was eighteen hours long tournament with seventeen foreign countries and over seven hundred-fifty contestant. * Winner of the "OVER THE TOP", regional tournament, St. Louis, Missouri. Undefeated.
1985 * Winner of Central USA Arm Wrestling Championships, Omaha, Nebraska. Undefeated.
1984 * Placed fifth in the WPAA World Professional Championships during the World's Fair in New Orleans, Louisiana. Appointed to the All-North American Armwrestling Team.
1983 * Placed second in the Monster Armwrestling Association Nationals, Des Moines, Iowa. Beaten by defending champ, judge's decision.
