she have been training at the gym for 12 years. she have only been training to seriously compete in bodybuilding contests for a year.

she have always loved muscular physiques and learning about lifting weights.
she got her first gym membership at the age of 13 at the YMCA and went everyday. she love learning how to challenge her physique and muscles to grow and develop. she always wanted to compete and see how far she could push my body.

she work as a teacher and have been teaching for eight years. she have a master’s degree in Educational Administration and she currently finishing her Ph.D in Special Education. In December she won the overall title at the NPC Ironman competition.
